We accept most insurance plans. An insurance plan listed below that matches your insurance card does not automatically qualify your coverage. Because there are so many different insurance plans that fall under an insurance network, we ask that you verify with your insurance carrier whether Dr. Tamez is a provider under your plan. We also ask that you verify your benefits prior to your visit to make you aware of any co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and non-covered services.
